
Phase 4: Warner Avenue to Saint Andrew Place
Improvements include increasing street capacity from four lanes to six lanes with three through lanes in each direction, 6-foot wide Class IV Protected Bike Lane on each side of the roadway; 6-foot wide parkway, 8-foot wide sidewalk, 14-foot wide raised median, and approximate 8-foot wall where needed. Improvements also include relocating the overhead cables underground, which will be performed by the City’s contractor.

Construction
Construction activities will focus on the area around the Warner/Bristol intersection, and additional excavations will start in Bristol for piping installations. Lane closures will occur extensively over the coming weeks. Please find alternate traffic routes. Planned night work will occur in the Bristol intersection over the coming weeks.
St Gertrude on the west side of Bristol will be closed for approximately 2 weeks during daytime hours and will reopen later in the evening. St. Andrew on the west side of Bristol will also be closed during daytime hours and will reopen in the evening. Please find alternate routes into the Bristol Marketplace and avoid St. Andrew as well as St. Gertrude.
